We've given our own website a full redesign and refresh! We'll regularly be adding new content and pages / features, so be sure to check back occasionally.
We've updated our knowledge base and support guides. The most commonly asked support queries are answered here for your convenience - let us know if we missed anything!
Although we monitor our systems constantly as part of the service, we've introduced a service status page. This allows you to see how systems / services are running, and in the unlikely event of an issue, allows us to communicate the details clearly.
Changelog (TAPN.TO System)
We've introduced a changelog for our own system / service. This details new features and improvements that will benefit businesses selling online with TAPN.TO.
Changelog (Store Front)
As well as our own, we've also created a changelog for end customers, ie those using the Store Front. This is designed to increase customer loyalty, by communicating any new features or improvements that will benefit their experience using the store front.
